The pool has been renovated

Just in time before summer, the pool has been thoroughly renovated. The pool was leaking water and was in need of some modern care. Old tiles from the eighties have been replaced by a more durable membrane solution. We chose for a sand colour, which makes the colour of the water just gorgeous. Just like a blue sea lapping over a white beach. We installed an electric roller shutter over the swimming pool as well for safety and hygienic reasons. We are very happy with the result. In addition, we have installed two pergolas to provide more shade, alongside the existing parasols. At the entrance, you now walk through a gate where flowers will be planted in autumn to grow over the structure, creating a beautiful and grand entrance. Also in autumn, we will plant a hedge of Portuguese laurel to offer more privacy while bathing and to cover a beautiful arched structure. The arched structure has already been installed and is a design statement in itself. When it is fully covered in a few years, 7 lush green arches with white flowers will be visible, providing an elegant look and shelter at the same time.
