Reservations<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To guarantee your stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Check-in: 15:00 &#8211; 21:00 | Check-out: until 11:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please let us know your expected arrival time on the day before arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is a tourist tax of 70 cents per person per night.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>For bookings from April to October, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.<\/li>\n<li>When you book through our own website, a lowest price guarantee applies. If, at the time of booking through our own website, you have not enjoyed the lowest price, Manoir de Plaisance will refund the difference to you. <\/li>\n<li>If you redeem a coupon or if another temporary discount is in effect at the time of booking, this discount is always taken into account first, before the standard 20% discount for the long stay (3 nights or more) is calculated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Changes or cancellations to a booking by you must be made via email (info@manoirdeplaisance.com).  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cancellation fee:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">14 or more days before arrival date: Free<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">13 to 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total booking<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6 to 0 days before arrival date: 100% of the total booking<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the case of cancellation from Manoir de Plaisance, the same cancellation fees above apply except in the following exceptional case: Manoir de Plaisance reserves the right to cancel your booking up to the last minute in the event of illness of the host, death in the immediate vicinity of the host or other reasons through no fault of their own. However, every effort will be made to prevent this from happening. Should it nevertheless occur, an appropriate solution will be sought at that time, to be determined by Manoir de Plaisance.  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>4. House Rules<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pets are not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is no deposit required, but damages clearly done by your actions and\/or negligence will be charged.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You agree by your booking that camera images of you may be taken outside on the property and in public areas of the house and stored for 3 months after your stay. This is also for your own security.   <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is a complete no smoking policy in and directly around the Manoir. Both in the general areas and rooms and on the balconies and directly in front of the door, smoking is not allowed. In the garden or sitting on garden furniture is permitted, if an ashtray is used. Only if this does not interfere with other guests. An ashtray can be requested at check-in.    <\/span><\/li>\n<li>It is not permitted to burn candles in the Manoir or your room unless permission is granted by your host.<\/li>\n<li>It is not permitted, without prior approval from the host, to invite third parties or additional guests into the room or any other areas of the B&#038;B. Only the persons specified and registered in the reservation are permitted access to the accommodation. <\/li>\n<li>Organizing parties, gatherings, or any other activities that may cause disturbance is strictly prohibited. The B&#038;B is intended solely for quiet and individual use. <\/li>\n<li>It is prohibited to use the room or any other facilities of the B&#038;B for prostitution, escort services, or any other form of commercial or unlawful activities. In case of violation, the stay will be terminated immediately, and the relevant authorities may be notified. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entering the garden and woods surrounding the Manoir is always entirely at your own risk.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Swimming is not allowed in the ponds or other natural waters on the property.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Leaving trash or otherwise products that do not belong in nature is not appreciated. You are a guest in a beautiful piece of nature with a rich biodiversity that we want to preserve.   <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Children are under the supervision and full responsibility of parents.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>5. House rules pool<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The pool is open between 08:00 and 22:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entering the pool is always entirely at your own risk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diving is not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Always use the designated green pool towels at the pool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For your safety, no glassware around the pool area. In the   <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pool house<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> lie special plastic glasses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Also for your safety: Swimming is not allowed when the cleaning robot is in operation.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Before entering the water, turn off both alarms. This is a protection against drowning. You should turn off the two alarms again each time you go swimming. Always leave the alarm in the water the same way and only turn it off. Never turn the plastic pipe out of the water. It is required by French law to have this alarm installed at all times. Are you unable to figure it out? Ask your host for further explanation.       <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2012\"><b data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1829\">6. Le Cercle du Manoir<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le Cercle du Manoir has been established to better serve a select group of loyal guests and to offer them exclusive benefits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Membership to Le Cercle du Manoir is granted solely by personal invitation from the owner of Manoir de Plaisance. This invitation is issued once you have stayed at Manoir de Plaisance at least twice from November 2024 onwards, with each stay having a minimum duration of two nights. <\/li>\n<li>As a member of Le Cercle du Manoir, you receive a 10% discount on every future booking. This discount is applied in addition to any other applicable benefits or reductions, such as the 20% long-stay discount. If multiple discount percentages apply, the general discount is applied first; the 10% member discount of Le Cercle du Manoir is then applied to the remaining amount.  <\/li>\n<li>The member discount is only valid for bookings made through our own website and only when using the same email address as for your first booking. Furthermore, the discount applies only if at least one of the guests from the initial booking is also part of the new booking. <\/li>\n<li>Upon joining Le Cercle du Manoir, you are automatically added to the mailing list for our digital newsletter. This newsletter is sent four times per year to the email address registered in our system. Should you no longer wish to receive it, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of the newsletter.  <\/li>\n<li>If you no longer wish to be part of Le Cercle du Manoir, you may simply unsubscribe by sending a message to info@manoirdeplaisance.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2012\">.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2012\"><b data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1829\">7. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"708\">Guests or third parties are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, use or modify any material, in whole or in part, without Manoir de Plaisance&#8217;s prior written permission, regardless of the purpose.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"923\">Photos or videos taken by guests during their stay may be used for private and personal social media use only, unless prior written permission is obtained from Manoir de Plaisance for commercial or public use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2237\"><b data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2034\">8. Privacy Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2237\">Click <a href=\"https:\/\/manoirdeplaisance.com\/privacy-statement-eu\/\">here<\/a> for the privacy policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2508\"><b data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2265\">9. Applicable Law<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"262\">All agreements between Manoir de Plaisance and its guests, as well as these general terms and conditions, are governed exclusively by French law.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"262\">In the event of a dispute arising from or related to a reservation, stay or other services provided by Manoir de Plaisance, the parties undertake to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If an amicable solution proves impossible, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, and specifically the court in the district where Manoir de Plaisance is located. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>10. Additional<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Failure to comply with the stated conditions may, in the ultimate scenario, result in the immediate termination of your stay without any refund of costs already incurred. If full payment for the stay or any other charges has not yet been made, you are required to settle these in full.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If products are out of stock, the sustainability pledge may be deviated from in exceptional cases.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Photos on the website may differ from reality in details, such as different furniture and use of color.
